John Ott Of Counsel
John managed all phases of diverse world-class projects, including resort hotels, theaters, retail/entertainment venues, and restaurants. His expertise includes master planning, design management, A/E procurement, budget and schedule controls, and owner representation. As Vice President of Design & Development for Hard Rock International, John created the new café design vision and executed new designs in the US and Europe. He had executive responsibility for the development of a portfolio of projects at Walt Disney World with an aggregate value of $900M—including 5 resorts with 9,600 keys total. Previous positions include:

Mike Haushalter Of Counsel
Mike brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His experience includes management of hotels and timeshare properties. In his role as General Manager of Oasis Lakes Resort, Mike was a member of the design team that won an ARDA Gold Award for lobby décor and furnishings and a Silver Award for the interiors of the timeshare units. Mike has overseen many refurbishments project as the owner representative. Previous positions include:

Alan Haughey Vice President, ConTech Restoration
Alan founded ConTech in 1993 and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Satisfied clients are a testament to his success—98% of ConTech’s work comes from repeat clients or referrals. Alan holds General Contractor’s Licenses in Florida and Virginia. He currently serves as Director of the Central Florida Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute and is past President of the American Concrete Institute. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for BankFIRST. Alan brings a wealth of technical and practical knowledge to the management of ConTech’s restoration teams. Greg Bruce VP of Operations, ConTech Restoration
Greg joined ConTech in 2003 and serves as the lead on major restoration projects. His leadership on the $7M Royal Floridian Resort project resulted in a fast-tracked schedule and a satisfied client. Greg’s attention to detail during preconstruction creates the most efficient project schedules possible. Greg holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He is a certified General Contractor in Florida. Greg’s previous employers include PCL Construction and the J.A. Jones Company.
