ConTech Restoration is speeding towards completion of the Royal Floridian Project. Balcony replacement is complete along with replacement of all glass windows and doors. Concrete sidewalks are being replaced on the West side. Stucco repairs are now complete as well. Paint, deck coatings and new railings give a fresh bold new look to the building. The structural repairs to the North and South cantilevered floors will permanently fix the problems with the original design deficiency.
The project remains on track for an October re-opening. The owners will love the new look.

ConTech Restoration films progress on the re-construction of ocean front resort that was severely damaged by salt induced corrosion. Balcony replacement and installation of sliding glass doors and windows are well underway. Only 90 days into the project, and the new façade is taking shape. Future videos will show details of the continuing restoration process.
