Ted Pappas, a retired owner at the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club, created a website to document the huge Restoration Project that ConTech completed for the Association. The website is a great template for any condo association embarking on a large scale project. Keeping everyone informed was a service to all. ConTech Construction LLC won an Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Eagle Award for concrete work on the Winter Garden City Hall. General contractor Clancy & Theys also won for their work on the project, which is now in the running for project of the year. The awards will be presented at the Excellence in Construction Awards Banquet on Nov.14. The event will be held at the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate.
